Center Researchers Contribute Air Travel Stories to
New Mobility Magazine

In "Delta Reaches Out to Passengers with Disabilities," White discusses the work of Delta Air Lines' Advisory Board on Disability, of which he is a member. As chair of that Board's Research and Quality Assurance committee, he led development of a tool that examines consumers' experiences on every stage of "the travel ribbon" (see page 33 in the PDF).

Nary shared a personal story in "Eight Tips for Easier Air Travel." Her experience informs flyers with disabilities that they have a right to speak with a conflict resolution officer (CRO) when they encounter problems (page 30).
